Pride 2019

June 2019 is Pride Month where we celebrate the LGBTQ community. This year I wanted to show my appreciation and celebrate by applying megavolume lashes on the amazing Jaymes Anthony. Jaymes was featured in Lash Inc Magazine US/Canada in February 2018 and was also featured in the “Best of Lash Inc.”

I swear I just love him. He is one of the few people I’ve met in life that just takes over the room the moment he walks in and has this amazing energy that you can’t help but fall in love with.

Jaymes has naturally thick and curly lashes which is awesome on one hand because when you apply to all of the lashes, you get this super thick and full result. But on the flip side, my hands were huuuurrrtiiinnggg after working on his lashes for nearly 3 hours. All in all, it was totally worth it. :)

To create this look, I used my new adhesive which I’m beyond thrilled about called MEGA. MEGA made it a heck of a lot easier to apply 5-7D volume fans to each lash without the fans closing up on me. I also used silk lashes in C curl which gives a rich effect, eliminating the need for dark eye shadow or liners. Lengths used were 7-13mm.
